Rev. Dr. Phillip Charles Joubert, Sr. is a man of God.  He
is a sprit-filled, Christ centered man who has his eyes
firmly fixed on God and our salvation in Jesus.

Pastor Joubert is the Pastor of the New Light Missionary
Baptist Church of Norwalk, Connecticut and the Pastor
of the Community Baptist Church of Bayside, New York.

He is the President of the Baptist Minister's Conference
of Greater New York And Vicinity, the Dean of the
Congress of Christian Education, Connecticut State
Missionary Baptist Convention, Inc.  He is the former
President of the Interdenominational Ministers
Fellowship of Norwalk and Vicinity
